I really liked the design when I got it and it was an ok size for what I needed but it started to fall apart within an month firstly one strap came of which i sewed up then the other came off and then the pocket started to come away. So as cute as this bag is I would not buy it again.

Poor quality
Very poor quality. NOT anything like picture. Clearly A cheap knock off. The print is blurry and the material so cheap. Shoulderstraps are thin. Definitely NOT suited for School use. Too small and not strong enough to hold books. And surprised to learn that an item sold on Amazon uk came from china.

Bought for my granddaughter she used it for half a day and all the stitching came undone, they want to give me 15 % discount and stitch up and pay for someone to re stitch it

Two stars Absolutely awful
It broke easily. I would not buy this again. Colour doesn't match the image. Not worth the money. Possibly one of the worst things I have bought online.

Not as described
It is not mint green, it is dark green. And it doesn’t really look like the photo. It’ll be an ok bag, but really disappointed it wasn’t what I was accepting

My daughter took it to school for 3 days & it literally feel apart at the seams

Not as big as I thought
Good bag but not as big as I thought it would be. Would suit a teenager or older child well but looks a bit ridiculous on an adult. Straps are comfortable and the bag is more of a pure green than mint but all round a decent back pack.
