Note: I initially gave this product 3 stars and revised it to one. I purchased once, it was defective so exchanged it for another. The second one was worse! The first part of my review was on the first one. The second part was after receiving the second.First of all, I am appalled at the fake reviews. How do I know the reviews are fake? The broken English is the same as the English on the responses in the Q & A section. I went ahead and took a chance on this charger anyway. Quite honestly, if I had noticed those reviews earlier I never would have purchased this....out of principle alone! I did not read the reviews close enough and ended up buying it. I saw that it had a 14 month warranty, so I thought that was a good sign.I just got the Samsung Galaxy S10+ and wanted something exactly like this.The packaging was nice. It made it seem like a quality item. It clipped right onto my vent and is very sturdy. The phone does not rattle around at all. There was a little chip in the piece that clips onto the vent. It was cosmetic only and you really can't see it, so I didn't let it bother me. I did wonder, however, if this was a used item.When it works it is great! I really like it! It charges fast and does a great job of holding the phone.The problem is that it doesn't always charge. Sometimes it works right away. Other times I have to put the phone in and take it out three or four times before it will charge. I do have a case on it, but it is just a thin one. I have other wireless chargers, the case is not the problem. Also, it is supposed to sense when your phone is nearby and automatically open. This also only happens part of the time. The rest of the time I need to put my finger over the sensor in the back (this is not a deal breaker for me...the charging issue is).Oh, one more comment, the cord they give was not long enough for me. I drive a Nissan Maxima. The cord needs to be plugged into the center console. I'm sure a lot of cars are like this It is not long enough to run from the center console to the charger. I had to use my own cord.Anyway, I just contacted Amazon for an exchange. I will give this another try to see if the issue is just with the one I received or if it is an issue with the product. As usual, no problem with the Amazon exchange and I can even keep using this one until my new one arrives!Got the second one. This one was worse than the first! It came damaged (see the picture) even though the box was in perfect shape. I snapped the plastic part on, hoping it would work and attached it to my vent. It actually did charge my phone (sometimes)...but it couldn't hold my phone. The right clip wouldn't close all of the way on my S10+. The phone is big enough that it did not fall out, but it would bounce around. A smaller phone (which is just about any other phone on the market) would have fallen right out!I gave it a few more tries. It didn't always open, even when I touched the back sensor. Charging was sporadic.This company obviously does not have quality control!This one is going back too. I will not give this company a third try.

Alright for all those who wonder if this product works as it says I have to say Hell yes! it is a great and easy to use phone holder. Does the phone charge wireless with a phone case such as ottobox or other similar? No, it does not charge your phone if you have a semi to thick phone case. You will have to remove your phone from the casing in order for it to charge.its a bit of a pain in the butt to do so whenever your low in battery and need to charge, so you have to remove it every time. Sucks honestly but not much of an inconvenience if you already have full to some what charge.Aside from this flaw, I would highly recommend this item for the durability, easy to use, value for the money, and the wireless charging without a phone case. thats why i rate it a 3 star.

I needed a new charger as the last one went bad when the port stopped gripping the charging cord. So it basically became a holder. This one is different and is much more updated and efficient! This one automatically adjusts to your phone when you place it in. So easy to use and I love it and know its going to last a long time. Also charges super quickly which we all need. Great buy. Very happy :*)

When I receive the product, is high end charger that I think. I love it, the auto open/close function works well, sensitive and quick, charging is fast even though I am using a thick double case. Hold phone very securely even with case. Overall, the product really matches the price very well. I was amazed that was great product.

The packaging is really nice, as well as the product itself. Recommend it ^^ It's so convenient! it's has wireless charging, fast charge works great. Just put your phone on the holder, and it automatically hold phone, Would buy again for my friends.

Be careful the quality of these units are NOT what they appear in their pictures and videos. I mounted the unit, plugged it in and it does work. Closed and held my phone and the wireless charger works. That is when the fun begins. on my road trip it randomly starts to clamp and unclamp. Over and Over. Then stops and holds well.....then later on the same clamp and unclamp over and over. Best part is Amazon has a NO RETURN with this seller!

Opens when it wants to. Does not open when trying to retrieve the phone. Concept is good however needs a lot more R&D.
