Cheaper than their other NeilMed piercing cleanse. Only differences is the spray is really strong. But i found a work around, my h20 ocean spray had the same nozzle but with a finer mist so i swapped the nozzle from the h20 can to this one and it was a perfect fit and gives me the same misting option as NeilMed piercing kit. I am unsure if the nozzle on the neilmed piercing spray will fit on this one. I already threw out that can, leave a comment if you were able to change the nozzles around. It was super easy with the one i did.

Was having issues with one of my piercings and tried many other saline sprays and there was no resolution to the issue until I used this. Won't use anything else going forward! The only con is due to the high pressure of the stream it literally lasts 2 or 3 uses but with how amazing it works I can't be upset.

been using this since I first got my bellybutton pierced and now my nose piercing and the stuff works great for daily cleaning use with Q-tips. This is about the only product I really need for my piercings. lasts me two months max each bottle, super easy to use and carry with you

This is a great product that I've used before, and I was happy to see it in a larger container. But what I'm using it for right now is a new piercing, and this container is not suited for that at all. Way too much spray comes out, and not in a small, directed stream. This would be amazing for your kids' skinned knees and elbows, or for blistering sunburn cleaning, or for other large areas. For a piercing, pay a bit more and get a purpose-made bottle of the same stuff, or you'll try to spray one tiny place on your body and end up with half of you wetter than you'd ideally prefer.

Unfortunately I need this stuff too often for road rash from bike crashes. It hurts so much less to wash wounds with this saline compared to fresh water. I usually wet a towel with a mix of fresh water and some saline, spray wash the wound with saline ( it's a pretty powerful jet ), then wipe with the wet towel to get the stubborn grit out. Smooth on some antibiotic cream, slap on a Tegaderm, and you're good to go!

No mixing, no squeezing, no contamination from dipping anything into a bottle. Just spray, pat dry, and apply whatever dressing you need. It works well for adults and kids, and it is something I now keep in my travel bag, car kit, and bathroom cabinet. If you want a simple and effective way to handle minor wounds at home or on the go, this is a product that actually lives up to its purpose.

This works great! My only problem is I didn’t read closely enough. It is NOT a mist spray, it comes out in one pressurized stream. Again it works great and is an awesome product just a lot more messy for my piercings than I was expecting because it’s not a mist

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

Works well for cleaning new piercings or wounds. Have used it on my dog as well in a pinch. Powerful full spray so it is not a fine mist product.

It’s easy to use but omg the spray on the bottle is so powerful lol but it’s I’ve used it a few times on my piercing so I reordered it helps heal them very easily and it’s good for on the go in general this product is very easy and very good to use defo good if your piercing is fresh it gets all the crusty bits off

Convenient and easy to use! Is a good size and lasts a while, so good value for money. Effective at healing piercings.
