LONG CAPSULES, SO BEWARE. I AM STILL ON 1ST BOTTLE. GREAT VALUE ON SUBSCRIBE/SAVE. I CHOSE THE EVERY 4 MONTH PLAN AS THERE ARE 75 SERVINGS PER BOTTLE. I FIGURE MISSING A FEW DAYS WON'T KILL ME. IT IS BEGINNING OF WINTER AND MY NAILS SEEM TO BE DOING OK. I KEEP THEM SHORT AND POLISHED. THEY LOOK WHITE AND HEALTHY.

This is the calcium supplement my Chinese Herbalist recommends. I used to get leg cramps and now I don't! I take two with breakfast and two at dinner and have not have any leg cramps for years.

I thought this was a highly rated product and I believe the Calcium "Citrate" is the best; however one of the ingredients is magnesium stearate (basically chalk- solid at room temp). I read that it is not good to ingest this product. I ended up throwing away this product after only taking for a few days. Waste of money. I thought this lab was reputable but the "other ingredients" should be advertised more clearly.

I don't like really big pills so i was happy they said it was easy to swallow. As far as i can tell, it's no easier to swallow than any other huge capsule. I honestly can't say whether it is nutritionally helpful or not. I don't think you can tell with calcium.

We notice a difference when we do or don't take these, which I can't say for many other supplements. We usually take with an additional magnesium supplement as well. Twin lab is definitely a trust worthy company in our book, been using them for 15 years.

I prefer TwinLab supplements to many other brands. This form of Calcium seems to be very effective for my porous bones when "boosted" by Vitamin D3 (5000 IU).

Twinlab makes good products and the calcium citrate caps are good, easily absorbed and easier to swallow than a large solid tablet that can be hard to swallow.

Happy with this item, arrived on time, was as described and will do business with this company again.
