Packaging was excellent. My hat arrived in perfect condition!

Great price... well made... and it's a good-looking hat! I live in north Texas, where we get plenty of hot, hot summer days, so I expect this hat to get plenty of wear.And, btw, it was really packed well!

Unfortunately this hat runs small. 7 1/4 is not 23". The hat is nice and well made, arrived on time and packaged well but although labeled 7 1/4 it is far smaller than labeled. Returning and ordering 7 1/2 hoping it will actually be 23".

i needed a summer hat and this one is great! fit and sizing were spot on and the shape was great. my wife loves the look of it and received complements from buddies when i broke it out the first time. would buy again, shipped fast and packaged well, no damage.

This hat is very well made fits well and has a nice leather Sweatband recommend this. Hat to anybody looking for a affordable straw cowboy hat.

Great hat for the money and delivered when promised!

Ordered a 7 1/2. It wasn't even a 7 5/8. Way too small. There was also some defects on the crown. Sent it back.

The packing was terrible. I like the brand and the look but I would not use this vendor again. The height of the shipping box was the same as the hat. It was damaged in shipment due to inadequate packing material. They should have use the large balloon packing like other shippers. I bought a similar hat from another vendor and the height was taller and they used the proper packing material.
