Hi folks, I bought this keyfinder after looking at various products and prices and decided to go with the product with the best reviews. So what do I think of it and why did I purchase it?Well my good lady lost her house key in the house (why she does not keep them attached to her car keys is beyond me) anyway as my keys are for high security Yale locks and replacing the key although an option is not great idea, as I would not know where the lost one was. To renew high security Yale barrels and keys would have cost about £65 delivered, so already I have made a great saving.Where was her key located? aherm, in a make up bag and in a make up dressing table (confused face)In terms of the keyfinder and coming from an engineering background I can say with confidence this is a well made product with good quality batteries so I expect them to last, although like anything with batteries I will change them regularly.Really easy to use and set up and upon testing in the house with they keys hidden the alarm sound it emits is more than capable of allowing it to be found from the other side of the house or downstairs for example.The locator has a good function in that it stands up by itself and can be sat on a living room table for ease of use. I now have it fitted to the keys of everyone who lives in the house.Overall, really chuffed with this product and hope this review helps some other buyers.Thanks.

Like a lot of people, I’m always putting my keys down and forgetting where I have put them. This is the most frustrating as I’m in a rush on my way to work and can’t find the van keys.This key finder looked like the best solution for me.It comes with 6 key rings for the different keys you may have and a remote with 6 buttons labelled to match up with each fob.The fobs come with a battery each that you have to install before you use but is very simple to do. All you do is put the battery in and put the cover on and they’re ready to go.Simple and easy.The key finder comes with labels so you know which button controls each fob.Once set up simply press the button and the fob will release a nice loud beep, follow the sound and find your keys. Perfect!!!Great product and well designed

The concept is good and it helps my family to find 6 items that we can’t hold on of at times. We’ve placed them on tv remote, car keys, house keys, and youngest brother’s backpack for school. Which is all being used well. It would be nice if these are waterproof, as some we use with car keys and it’s raining pretty much everyday in England. Also, there’s only 1 remote control, and if that’s lost or damaged, the entire set will be a waste. With that being said, batteries are not included in the set, I had to order more batteries after I got my set and my excitement was bit pull off.Concept 5-starEasy to use 5-starRemote & no batteries included 3 star

I purchased this product because the family keep losing their keys. As most people know this can cause pandemonium at the time.At last a product that is cheap enough to cover the whole household. On opening the box which is well made you are introduced to a manual in English, six well made receivers, one Transmitter and six small batteries for the receivers. Be aware there are no batteries supplied for the receiver which takes 2 x AAA's. The batteries are easy to install.The range is reasonable and the volume could be louder but is audible around the house.In all, for the cost and quality of this wireless key finder, I would say give it a try. I am happy with it so far.

The item arrive well packaged. Installing the batteries was easy, the only thing is you need your own separate pair of AAA for the hand remote. I put the sensors around the house and pressed the remote to see they worked. The was loud enough to hear them, even outside of the room. There were a few nice useful extras, like stickers to identify which item to search for. The only slight drawback was the sensors were a little bit big, making it difficult to stick on things like mobile phones. I gave these as gifts and they were well received. Overall a useful item to have.

Easy to set up, works. But only within a very short range, and the sound is too quiet - moreover it emerges from a tiny hole on just one side of the flat receiver. When that hole happens to be downwards on a surface, hardly any sound is audible. If the receiver happens to be hole downwards on a soft surface such as a carpet or chair seat, you'd be unlikely to hear it at all. By the way, my hearing is normal.

I'd really like this key finder, is easy to use, easy to replace batteries, and the key rings are not huge, so easily fit everywhere, maybe not the best for the phone, but surely fits great with keys, pets, bags, pencil cases ecc... I put one into all the things I use the most, as I'm a messy person I found the key finder a time saver. makes everything much easier!I recommend this one, works perfectly fine, the sound is good can easily ear especially for the batteries, as they are easy to find and change and also because include there are rings and stickers to help you remember which button you need to find what you are looking for.

Bought for my wife as she is constantly displacing her house keys, car keys, handbags and anything else that is replaceable. Comes with six tags, so can cover most 'replaceable things'. Range of about 100 ft depending on surroundings, walls, doors etc. So far it has successfully located several 'MySpace's items thus avoiding the inevitable panic search of everywhere including the freezer. Worth it just for that.
