I love this case.
To start off with, this case is awesome. It fits all my cards, ID, places for extra cash, and misc notes i seem to gather. Plus the 2 places where you can place you apple pencil is really nice and well thought out. I bought the leather black one and it is very sleek, classy and professional looking.Now for some reasons why i am giving this 4 stars.- The buttons need to stick out a little more. They are not very feel-able and i have to really focus when turning the volume up or down. Also the power button on the top feels like it might be a little off from the actual button. Not by much but very little.- Make the USB C cutout a little bigger. I have to really push my cord in and then open it to make sure it is charging.Recommendations- Put a magnetic sleep/wake cover inside the folio. This will also protect the screen from potential over time scratches from cards and misc items.- Have it so the case can fully close with a zipper. As much as a i like the fold and go option, i am kinda afraid that one day one of my cards will fall out. At least with a zipper you know what no matter what you are doing your cards will not fall out.

Cheap and dangerous.
This case came apart in less than 2 weeks of use. The bottom of the pen holder came undone and my pen fell out, thank goodness I heard it. The whole silicone holder for the IPad itself came unglued and the whole iPad fell onto the floor, thank goodness it was carpeted. Cheaply made product. Won’t purchase again.
