Reviewed on a smartphone so apologies for any typos. I bought this after reading the reviews of quite a few other similar products and weighing up the cost against some of the cheaper options. I wanted this mainly to ease glute pain from running (Piriformis syndrome) which had become almost unbearable. I’m not a huge fan of taking painkillers if I can help it so I researched quite a bit and watched numerous videos and tutorials of how best to use the roller. It arrived a day after ordering (prime) even during the lockdown, so this was the first positive. Nicely packaged and with a look of quality, when I opened the box the contents did not disappoint. Everything looked and felt spot on. One thing I should point out is that the foam is firm - it has to be firm so that it can do the jobs it intended for, if it were soft there would be absolutely no point at all. I rolled out my exercise mat and lay the roller on the floor. Massaging my gluteus without any additional pressure or weight was mildly painful but in a good way, I could feel the raised bumps really working into the tissue. I moved on to my posterior thigh and again I could feel the bumps working the muscles especially on my right where I’d had an injury several years ago. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain too so also have this a try on my upper back (everywhere above my rib cage) Once done (remember to make sure you’re using it right) I was really surprised at the pain relief effect this roller had actually had. My glutes were almost pain free, my legs felt energised and the muscles in my shoulders were more relaxed. The following morning there were a couple of side effects. 1: My glutes feel really tight and attempting squats is totally out of the question (without grunting - that is) However they don’t hurt when sitting or during normal movement which was the main issue beforehand. 2: My upper back has superficial bruising in the pattern of the bumps on the roller. Probably because this area of tissue is rarely subject to any sort of trauma and because due to the positioning you are placing your entire body weight down onto the roller. The bruises are not painful though... they’re more like small hickeys. The positive is that my shoulders are a little less tense than they were the day before. As a bonus, the roller comes with an inner foam roller Which I’ve used as an ab roller under my arms, rolling forward while on my knees and the pulling myself back ina reverse action - this works well too. There’s a resistance band (not yet used) And two massage balls (both tried and tested) the amount ball is excellent and again gets into the deep muscle tissue, I’m not keen on the textured balm though as it feels quite spikey in your hand so you can’t apply as much pressure. Overall this is an excellent product and I would not hesitate to recommend it’s pain relieving effects to anyone who is maybe undecided. I thought the roller and the extras (including a storage/carry bag) were great value for money.

Straight from the box, the foam roller looked like a top quality product. Thr sheer value for money it offers is outrageous. On top of this, the fact that each product feels such a high quality, from the materials to the way each of the products has been finished. I weight train 4x per week and have also been training for my second half marathon for the last few months, which led me to buy this product after previously dealing with leg stiffness/soreness. After my runs I have been spending time with the foam roller to loosen my hamstrings, calves and lower back in particular, since doing so I have felt massive benefits in my recovery and reduction of my DOMS. Not only my runs, however with my training in the gym, I have experimented with the 2 smaller balls to help loosen triceps & shoulders prior to my workouts and post workout. You hear of the importance of warming up/cooling down and using this product has made me more aware of it. One last thing and a cool feature, the soft foam roller fits right inside of the rigid foam roller so doesn’t take up loads of space and all of the contents can be contained within the handy carry bag!

I like the 2 sturdy foam rollers and 2 little cute balls (one with spike). Size is good and easy to roll on. Use them every day for the calves, glutes, and also good for relieving my back tension.

I have another foam roller in my hometown, now I'm in UK and needed another foam roller here. I found this and bought it as the review were good. And I can confirm it's just an amazing set. As soon as it arrived I just pop on to it to try on my back, I might have spent not more than 60 seconds (just like a child needing to try the new toy), but once I stand up I already felt my back had a sort of relief. I used it again after the workout, it's just great. And the set comes with a handy bag to fit everything in:) Thank you Lunagfitness!

I just purchased this product having experienced a muscle injury in my left shoulder. To my surprise the sheer quality of this product is undeniable! Worked perfectly for me as I used the balls to loosen up my muscles in my shoulder after the injury. I have also been searching for a reasonably priced foam roller which also incentivised me to purchase this bundle. An all round product perfect for anyone! It will definitely be a staple in my gym bag and I cant wait to use it to improve my workouts. Would highly recommend purchasing this product as it is great value for money and by far better than any other similar products I've used in the past.

Very efficiently packed and good for transporting - The two foam rollers can fit inside one another, great for space saving. I like that I can use both foam rollers for different part of my body, the tough one to massage my glutes and the softer one for my back. It would be nice to have the option to choose the strength of the resistance band, however I enjoy a challenge and now have a goal to work towards. I am excited to continue using this equipment in my work outs. Would highly recommend.

Not for beginners. I bought this as it is a nice combo. I was already familiar with foam rollers but the outer roll is very hard. I suggest to start using the inner roll and build your way up. I have never used the balls before but physios had recommended them to I thought this product was a good value for money. I’m not saying it’s not but the balls are too hard for me. I guess I will have to get use to them and look for some online exercises. If you are just looking for a foam roller on the softer side for stretches or rehab, there are other options better suited for you. If you are a pro and know what you are doing this might be a good option.

Good little kit, helps my stiff and achy muscles. I had a problem that my original kit was open and missing a few bits, but the company were quick to respond and sent a replacement. Which was appreciated, so good kit and good company . Would recommend

L’EVA espanso è inattaccabile da funghi e batteri, anallergico e atossico e resiste ad alte temperature. Il cilindro interno sembra fatto in schiuma, comunque ad alta densità, molto più confortevole da usare. Le palline sono molto dure, ma, comunque molto utili. C'era tutto, quindi elastico e sacca in nilon, molto utile anche quella...
