I was then told to start the liquid B-12 instead and let it absorb into your bloodstream under your tongue. So, I began the ULTRA MAX B-12 1500MCG for a couple of months and was reordering when I found it comes in a 5000MCG. So, I ordered the 5000MCG. Just prior to reordering I had lab work done. To my amazement, when I went for my followup doctor's appointment, my Vitamin B-12 had increased from 172 to 1,289 PG/ML! The range is 180 - 914 PG/ML.
