Are these the same size (length) as a regular ink pen? I have older people using them and they cant use the shorter ones..

No these are not the same length as a regular ink pen. They are about 4 and 1/2 to 5 inches long.

any way to have them engraved?

If you wanted to do that..get a small engraving tool...should be easy enough on the metal.

Will these work on credit card terminals? Please only answer if you've tried it.

If it is a touch screen it will work until you get to rough and wear the tip out. If it’s the induction type with special stylus required then no it would not these work with magnetic capacitance that mimics the human fingertip

Do you know if these work on zebra scanners?

While I have no experience with a Zebra Scanner, they appear to use screen technology identical to that in Cell Phones; would expect the homEdge Stylus would work.
