This thing works great, it has different settings for mm and 32nds which is nice I believe it also has inches. You can also use it to measure rotors and others things you would use a regular caliper for. Just make sure you read the directions and have it on the right setting our you could miss measure your drums. Also the cheapest around and fowler is known to be quality.

first battery was dead but came with with second battery and has lasted , don't use very often but works when needed just have to get second battery for back up cause wont work with out battery,, ;<

Works well for the money. Dual function for drums or rotors, just have to flip the jaws around. It seems to be holding up well after a few weeks of use, at a fraction of the cost of the other brands

I am quite pleased with the product. The shop I work at owns one that's several years old and has been reliable and accurate. I decided that the product is good enough to buy one of my own. I do recommend this gauge.

A mechanics must have tool for measureing brake drums for safety inspections. Very accuate in measurments very clear and easy to use. It comes with a sturdy case , it is a little big but very needed
