What’s the warranty details? sometimes i like to go darryl dawkins and get crazy....just kidding but what is the warranty on the crank mechanism?

As far as our warranty is concerned, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This is a pretty standard offer by all basketball hoop manufacturers.

We take the quality of our basketball hoop very seriously. Because of how serious we take the quality, our warranty covers anything that we could've prevented on our end. For example, if the crank mechanism had an issue, that's something we would happily replace or send a local dealer/installer out to inspect and ultimately repair.

One of the most common issues that we run into is broken backboards. Broken backboards usually occur because somebody has thrown a rock or shot a bb gun at the backboard. This is an example of something that we would not cover in our warranty. However, we do offer replacement backboards for situations like this. We also offer a fixed height basketball goal with a shatter proof aluminum backboard for those that may be nervous about a backboard breaking.
