Does this have more fluoride in it than regular toothpaste? Does it stay on the teeth?

I compared this toothpaste to others and they have similar amounts weight per volume of fluoride ion(0.15%). Some of them have just a small difference of 0.14%. But there are differences in the other active and inactive ingredients depending on the purpose of the toothpaste. For best results, my dentist recommended I wait 30 minutes to an hour before eating or drinking anything once I use this toothpaste. It allows the fluoride to absorb better into the enamel. If you rinse, eat, or drink immediately after brushing, you are removing the fluoride before it has a chance to work its way into the teeth. I usually brush my teeth first thing in the morning, shower, etc. By the time I am finished with everything else, I can rinse my mouth. I do this with any fluoride toothpaste that I use.

How is sensodyne pronamel "intensive enamel repair" actually different from "fresh wave"? both list the same active ingredients

intensive enamel repair has two new inactive ingredients in it that help with inhibiting the demineralization of the enamel. Both this Pronamel and Fresh wave already reminerlize the enamel better than competitor enamel health toothpastes, but this one is a step up.

The other comment about rapid relief is an entirely different product with different active ingredients. PN has not been linked to staining in any studies, nor has rapid relief.

What is the repairing ingredient in pronamel  repairing toothpaste?

The sodium fluoride in it is anti-cavity, but the other inactive ingredients in it are what help lock in vital minerals in the enamel. Basically it’s formulated to keep the fluoride on your teeth after you brush AND during your acidic diet consumptions (coffee, wine, soda, juice, mineral water, fruit, etc.)
