Don't believe the 1 star reviews. Thankfully I didn't. It's pricy but delicious. Great with coffee unlike every other MCT product I tried on Amazon.. Do you believe one reviewer tried to fry with it? LOL I'm on my 4th bottle. I do wish it were more affordable but other than that the product arrives in a great protective container. and a shrink wrapped cap. I highly recommend over the crappy tasting powders on here which all left a bitter after-taste.

I really like this MCT oil and the Carmel flavor. It is expensive, but it has a great flavor. I use it as a creamer for coffee, or in my shakes.
