Easily the Best Disposable Mechanics Gloves, Bar None!
These gloves are fantastic in every way and they are an absolute God-sent for mechanics. I can't praise the durability of these gloves enough. They are powder free, soft on your hands, fit well, never rip, and still allow you to have a very good tactile feel of what you're working on while also maintaining a solid grasp on slippery tools due to the diamond etched pattern on the palms. They look a little weird in the bright orange color, but it's a good thing because it's easy to see grease and grime on them against the orange color so you know when you should wipe the gloves off or remove them before using the glove to touch a clean surface such as a door handle or other clean surface. I mostly use them for oil and fluid changes on my vehicles, brake jobs, and scrubbing dirtbike and motorcycle chains with kerosene loaded rags. During the lengthy chain scrubbing process, you often scrape your hand against the side of the chain accidentally and this usually tears regular disposable gloves. I have used the same several times for scrubbing different chains, and there isn't as much as a scratch on them... talk about tough! I recently used a pair to do rear drum brakes on my girlfriend's car, and these things stood up to an absolute onslaught of abuse and never punctured or tore, even though they were doused repeatedly in corrosive brake cleaner spray that is loaded with chlorine. I even pinched them in between the sharp edges of the springs on the drum brakes at least 3 times and thought for sure they had ripped, but I checked them out when I was done and there was no visible damage to the glove anywhere. I have still yet to rip, puncture or otherwise damage a single glove from these after using 6 pairs for various automotive repair jobs. I actually saved my last pair after the job was finished because I want to see just how many times I can use them before they fail.I ordered them in a size medium and they fit me a bit tight at first but they will stretch a tad and fit well after a few minutes and give me perfect tactile feel with such fitment. I'm about 5-8 and 145 pounds and my hands are about 7 1/2 inches on the palm side when measuring from the beginning of my hand(just at the beginning of my palm, after the wrist) to the end of my middle finger. If I spread my fingers out wide and measure across on the palm side from my pinky to the thumb, it's about 8 1/4". I think a size Large might have been a bit more comfortable at first use, but would probably be a bit baggy and possibly reduce sensation and finger sensation and dexterity.Just a little FYI about disposable gloves.... you should always store them in a Zip-Lock bag in preferably out of sunlight and extreme temperatures so that the material doesn't break down and degrade due to exposure to the air and sunlight, so just toss the whole thing (box included) right inside a large ziplock bag once you've opened it to make sure they last a long time in storage between uses.I absolutely will order these gloves again without any hesitation whatsoever when the time comes to replenish my remaining stash of them and I recommend them to every mechanic who wants to protect their hands from chemical and weather exposure as well as the cuts and scrapes that go along with automotive work. They are head and shoulders above the Black Lightning disposable gloves that I used to use prior to these.

Protects your hands from grease and solvents
You'll laugh when I tell you why I purchased these gloves-- I liked the color. Only reason. LOL.I had previously tried disposable mechanics gloves they were black colored and prone to ripping and tearing at the fingertips and even when pulling then on by the wrist collar. They were black, so working with grease or dirty car parts, my fingers could be getting dirty through the failed glove long before I noticed. Besides, who among us would actually get up to change gloves while in the middle of working.I tried nitrile purple glove, but they too failed prematurely. These gloves on the other hand are amazing! they're textured so things don't slip out your hands. They are chemical and grease resistant-- meaning you'll get covered in grease and just wipe them clean with a shop towel to keep going. Other gloves might not wipe so cleanly leaving you to spread the mess. Even working with sharp-ish metal I'm surprised when I look at them and they're unscathed. Not to say they never rip or tear, they just hold up very well. The gloves are comfortable to wear for long periods and they have a good fit. My palm is 3 1/2" across and wrist to tip of middle-finger is 7 3/4" -- the Large fits like, well, a glove.I use them for car work, but that's also expanded into other domestic tasks including but not limited to: garbage and refuse pickup and sorting; gardening; washing the car and rims; washing dishes; washing the tub/toilet; working on art projects. My wife also keeps a pair for herself for dish washing and bathroom cleaning as well (separate pairs of course). They are great gloves and I purchase them on a recurring "Subscribe and Save" basis. They are pricier than other disposable glove offerings, but value for the money and the life you get out of these things is amazing! You'll save money and your hands in the long-run.Give them a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Gloves fit great and keep hands protected from nicks, scratches, and fluids
Prior to these gloves, I was using some cheap Walmart brand Equate nitrile gloves. While they did the job for bagging groceries and handling money, they would often rip and I'd end up going through 4-5 pairs a day. When I ended up swapping to working on car oil changes, I realized those Walmart gloves wouldn't hold up, so I found these. These gloves are noticeably thicker, and don't tear nearly as easily. They also help with some heat resistance, but don't remove so much tactile feel that you can't feel anything. I carry around 4 pairs in my pocket and average about 2-3 pairs a day. As they are fairly durable, one pair sometimes lasts all day, as long as I washing them off or wiping them clean between uses. On some of the more rough days, I rip through 5-6 pairs. Same gloves, different work situations. They work well, but they aren't indestructible and can rip and are occasionally prone to a manufacturing defect or two.I recommend sizing yourself correctly. Their chart is fairly accurate. I got a small thinking it would fit better, and it was snug despite being my wrong size, but it rubbed my skin a lot and caused skin irritation. The medium fit snugly still and was my correct size according to the chart, no skin irritation. That being said, removing and replacing wet gloves 20+ times in a day will surely cause irritation, so bear that in mind and keep your hands dry when you can.

Good, could be better
Quality glove, fits well and is durable. Price is fair. However, they don’t grip as well as the previous brand I used, which was just as durable as these and priced similarly. Will likely go back to those.

Muy buena resistencia
Por fin unos guantes que soportaron un día completo de trabajo, resistentes al thinner y solventes por el estilo. Bastante más gruesos que unos negros que venden en HD. Los volveré a comprar cuando se me acaben.

Excellent Disposable Gloves
I've tried quite a few different models of disposable gloves and none have been as impressive as these Ammex Gloveworks. These gloves are thick with ribbing to improve grip and I find these reduce the amount your hands sweat while wearing them compared to other gloves I've tried (most likely due to that ribbing allowing for better air circulation) which would alone be enough to get me to continue buying them. But the real selling point with these gloves is their durability as these can get snagged multiple times without tearing and even exposure to various oils or chemicals doesn't damage them. This durability combined with the quantity in a box (100 gloves) means a box of these gloves lasts longer than any other brand/model I have tried to date all while costing no more than some of those other brands did. Simply put, if you're after a durable disposable glove, look no further than the Ammex Gloveworks HD.
