Excellent product! Does what it says! However, packaging stinks! Hard to squeeze bottles, especially for older adults trying to squeeze a wet, hard plastic container in the shower! The conditioner is extremely thick and hard to squeeze out.

This shampoo and conditioner are a game changer for growing hair. Been using this duo for a year and my hair is growing in where I had bare and thin spots. It smells great and lasts a long time. it took me a bit too long to realize this, but this product is only achieving "thickness" because the conditioner is actually a 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner. this is great if you naturally have very flat stringy thin hair. however if your hair is medium thickness has wave or curl pattern is prone to being frizzy, THIS JUST IS NOT IT. I loveeee how the fragrance of this set smells though, its the only reason why it took me so long to admit its terrible for my hair type. actually its really the conditioner thats terrible. the shampoo is still totally fine. but the conditioner being a sneaky 2 in 1 with the goal of giving you the illusion of thickness it not only leaves the hair drier but it leaves it feeling somewhat waxy. again I think this product set could still be helpful for someone prone to very greasy hair thats thin and flat and straight. or maybe if youre a guy with really short hair the negatives aren't noticeable and therefore the set is effective. but yeah this set is meant for a very specific hair type. if you dont fit it, you will be fighting for your life against trying to restore softness and make the residue it leaves behind as negligible as possible and your frizz will suddenly feel like it rocked up with a 1000 man army... BUT IT SMELLS SO GOOD D;

I love the shampoo and conditioner, they work well. However I dislike the bottles! They are a thick plastic and hard to squeeze! I dread getting down to the last because it’s so difficult to get out.

My dermatologist recommended both the shampoo and condition for my excessive hair loss from covid. I could buy it at the office which I did a couple of times then they stopped carrying and told me to go to Amazon. Very happy because it's way less expensive! A little goes a long way on both the shampoo and the conditioner. It does what it says my hair feels much thicker even though I'm still losing hair! I can tell by running my hands threw my scalp vs styling my hair. Does that make sense? I guess it opens up the follicles for each strand to feel thicker? My hair holds a style longer too.
