I don't usually bother leaving a review unless something is really good or really rubbish. In this case it's really good. Very very sturdy. Also very level (although my daughter wanted to prove that wasn't the case and put a marble on it and it did roll very slowly one way but that is probably my desk or our 1930's floor boards). The lever on the side to lower it is fab as it doesn't just drop down with a jerk, it's like it's dampened so very smooth. It goes down to about 2" high so can be easily used for sitting. For standing I have a regular desk and it goes plenty high enough such that my elbows are at right angles (it would still go a bit higher). I don't have any attachment for the screen to the desk, but I would say that's probably recommended, unless like me you have shelves or a wall behind it. Nothing to fault, it even has a pleasent beveled edge to the front so no sharp corners. Base is slightly smaller than the actual desktop, but only by a few inches so providing a very sturdy platform.

It is very sturdy and very easy to operate with a push of single button.Really pleased with the purchase. I use it for working on mac 15 inch laptop with separate mouse and there is plenty of room for small other peripherals but I don't think it has room to support a separate screen.After purchasing another cheaper one earlier which would shake as you type, this one is extremely sturdy owing to its base design.Really good.

Certainly helped me get through a year-long back problem which has, thankfully, now resolved. I collapsed the desk and now use it as a slight elevator for the computer screen itself whilst sitting again. The only setback is that the keyboard and computer have to go on the same level, which makes your arms ache after a while.

Bought this to work from home and it arrived malfunctioning - neither me nor my household couldn't get it to rise even once. I followed the seller's online instructions and paid for a tracked return service which they stated online they would refund (they even had a returns label and instructions with space for me to put my own postage, which I duly printed off). After sending it recorded delivery, as recommended, I did not hear anything from them for 12 days even though it was clear from the tracked delivery service that they had received the item within a couple of days of my sending it. After chasing them up for an update, they then refused to refund the postage (which was very expensive as the item was large and heavy). Absolutely disgusted with the service and the cheap product, which was covered in grease marks. It looks like something you would pay £20 for from a market and didn't even work.

So much better to be standing for the majority of the day. Going home without feeling that I’ve been slumped in a chair all day. Feels sturdy, good size and easy to move from room to room. If I always worked in the same place I’d put my screens on an arm too, but books just about work.

Very easy to move up and down- plenty of space for both my monitor, laptop, keyboard, mouse... and a cup of coffee. Very impressed and happy with this product.

Was really looking forward to using this as have been suffering a bit of a bad back.Arrived in undamaged box but when opened the underside wa a racked and runners of the main leg were not in their runners.Very disappointing. Want to buy it again but seems the price has now increased...

Positives:It is easier to put up and take down than I expected.The springs don't seem to be weakening - again something I expected.It's great for getting relief from sitting down when I'm on video calls.Negatives:I cannot use this for standing and doing normal work that requires a lot of input - it is not sturdy enough.It move when I type so my screen wobbles, etc.I expected this though, so not a problem. If you want something that sturdy you need to buy a full desk with a motor.Oh, and the rubber feet fell off.
