No ... your Dell 1330 is too long for this case. The width would fit , as would the thickness, though the thickness would be pushing it (tight fit). The case has internal padding (non-removeable) for protection, which uses up some of the thickness. A 15.4” (diagonal screen dimension) MacBook Pro fits well, with some room to spare for extra padding, etc.
