Wish there was more in the bag 😞 very pricey so it won't be bought often. Small amount, so you eat the bag quickly no extra to save for later. Very flavorful, tastes amazing with a prune like texture vs beef jerky, smells great, clean bag and package. It looks like real beef jerky! Just wish there was MORE for the price.

I buy it for my 43 year old son as a special treat he loves. He likes this better than all the other mushroom jerky I have gotten him.

This mushroom jerky was good. I usually buy beef jerky but I wanted to try something new. It was a fresh and tasty snack for one. I would say because of the package being so light weight and the way it’s packaged with the resealable tab it makes a great on the go snack you can easily put in your backpack, purse, car etc. The only issue was it was fairly sweet. Maybe they can come out with a low sugar variety? I would gladly be a taste tester for them. Lol

Trying this food item, it was rather bland, without strong, spicy ingredients by how it tastes. It doesn't taste much of garlic, or even pepper. The treat isn't a meal by any means. The food is dehydrated well, and seems fresh out of the package. But I think that dehydrating it yourself might be better, as portabella is cheap enough at a selected store.

it was way too sweet for me. and didn’t enjoy the texture. couldn’t eat one :( very sad cause it’s so expensive and i love mushrooms

As far as delivery, perfect. Delivered as promise. No issues.As far as taste, it was flat and pungent. I won't purchase again.

Tested this in preparation for a backpacking trip and have been very impressed with the texture, flavor and protein levels. Unlike many vegan jerkies which are much heavier in soy, this doesn't feel heavy to eat.

The flavor was decent, but the texture was much too tough. If you buy this item, I hope you have good teeth. I did finish the bag, but I won't be purchasing this again. A much better alternative for vegan jerky are the Primal Spirit line of jerkys.
