An instagram hit in the last few years, the blue butterfly pea flower (clitoria ternatea) has been made popular by its ability to naturally turn food and drink a bright blue colour. It’s especially fun in bubble teas and gin cocktails! Blue pea flowers are used across south east Asia as a healthy tonic and delicious mild drink which is often cold brewed, bottled and refrigerated known as nam dok anchan. This powdered version can be used in cooking and cocktail making as a natural food and beverage colouring

Disappointed
Disappointed with this. Thought I was buying a blue powder to use in bread baking, but it's mainly green with some blue bits strewn in.

It's not blue, it's brown
Disappointed to say the least, it arrived today and it's not blue. Tried using some in a milk smoothie as I thought maybe it would be different once blended but I was wrong. Waste of money and time.
