Thanks for asking this Q. Oliver’s claim to be a UK based family start up? Yet you get your products manufactured in a country that treats it’s citizens like slaves just to save a few quid. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll be buying mine elsewhere.

Does it press and hence juice ginger root?

Broke mine less than a week ago crushing ginger, burst the hinge and now it's useless so I wouldn't risk it. Good for garlic though.
