Michaels has written an excellent book on nightmares and the understanding behind them. This is NOT a dream symbol book. Instead, it is a deep dive into dreams' "dark" side. Sadly (despite the author’s protests), the book’s dark graphics leave some with the impression the book is grim or witch-crafty – but the opposite is true – the premise of this book is that nightmares are your friend! I am obsessed! There’s no other book like it, I’ve been searching. I’ve been suffering from nightmares more lately then ever before and I want to learn more about them. I love the photos in the book, very nice.

Very insightful and easy to follow. Has some good concepts. Don’t fully agree with everything the author states as facts as there’s no proof behind what is stated. Overall a good read though.

I absolutely love everything, about the design of this book. It's beautiful! I do love how it's written for sure, however I'm left sad every time I look something up, because explanations and details seem cut short of their magic. I understand though, seeing as it's not a full sized book and all.. No complaints obviously. All love. I reference it often... Thank you. 🙋🏼‍♀️☯️🖖💚☮️

Really am liking this so far! Puts me more as ease with my dreams and helps me unfold them and see things from a different point of view

It has a lot of example dreams/nightmares with full explanations on how to break it down to decipher it. Not the type of book I was looking for/thought it was.

Been looking for something like this! Have plenty of dream books but NOT nightmare books. This is an amazing part to my collection. Now maybe I'll unlock the secrets to my nightmares.
