I an very pleased that this was not the case. I received eight good quality, heavy duty cloth bags that were nicely weighted with corn. The white bags are softer than the red ones (I ordered IU bags) but I know that these will stand up to some pretty serious game play. The drawstring bag to carry these was a nice little touch also.
