The vertical legs connect to horizontal feet that extend out a coupe of feet. We set it up pool side all the time. **Q: Can I do a Rear Projection? I need a screen but i cannot project in front of it.** A: You are able to do either front or rear projection with his screen. It is well worth the money, as there are few products out there that are able to be used for either front or rear projection. It's a good investment! **Q: Could someone give me the length of the carry bag that this screen and poles are stored in? I need to ship one of these overseas and want to know if it will fit in the standard box.** A: My storage bag measures 44" x 12" x 8" **Q: What kind of project can I buy to project on this screen in a fairly lit room. Did anyone buy one projector? If so what kind and price.** A: I have a 4 year old projector it's a 720p Mitsubishi I show movies in my back yard in this and it's awesome. I did my research for a while and even saw some of the inflattable screens in person before finally deciding on the Camp Chef 120L Screen. For those on the fence about picking one up, I can tell you it is much better than the inflattable screens outthere (no noise, no technical issue to worry about, screen is better material). The setup time is around 5 minutes, but you will need 2 people. We have watched a few movies such as Pacfic Rim and Despicable Me and the screen works great with the BenQ 1070. We have also watched boxing matches and a few highdef soccer games and everyone who see's it wants this set up. If your looking for a screen for your outdoor theater or for a camping trip, it hard to beat the Camp Chef screen for the quality, price and convenience.Also I know some have complained about wrinkles on the screen, they are very easy to remove if you have a small portable steamer which is the recommended method per the Camp Chef website. Solid frame, nicely constructed screen, the 2-way rear projection image was crisp and clear. This served our purpose very well for Halloween. We bought an Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 2000 1080p 3LCD Projector with rear projection aspect capability in order to show haunted images and children's Halloween movies for the Trick-or-Treaters this Halloween, and it was a smash hit!We had placed the screen across the front of our garage with a couple of giant pumpkin inflatables standing guard on each side, then we had movies showing from the projector we set up inside the garage. It was awesome! We had kids sitting in our driveway watching "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" while the adults hung out on the porch drinking free margaritas.
