Great set, decent price.

This arrived just in time for my yoga workout on Wednesday and I couldn't wait to try it out. Everything was individually wrapped in the box, which is a really nice touch. The quality of the items you get is awesome. It was way above my expectations. The mats are super think and looked really comfortable to use. Love that the set comes with just about everything (Towels, Knee mat, Blocks, yoga mat, and strap) that you would need. Only other things I can think of that would make it perfect is if it came with a water bottle and a bag. Other then that this set is absolutely the best.Once I got everything out I had to hit my workout. I have bad knees and having that extra Knee mat gave me some added cushion and made my workout super comfortable. The yoga mat itself is awesome. 1/2 inch think and very cushy to walk on. The blocks are great. very comfortable to hold on to and strong enough to give you support when needed. I'm a big tall guy and having these blocks to use during some of the poses really helped me to get the full stretch and not have to modify the position at all. The small towel is perfect for when you need to clean of some perspiration during your workout. I have not used the full size towel yet but it's the same quality as the smaller towel and I'm sure would do just as good of a job. The mat cleans up easily with some soapy water on a damp rag. Just wipe it off and then dry. Over all I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to everyone.

The media could not be loaded. I'm a beginner with yoga, so I don't know much about equipment. I started about a month ago with a lightly used, albeit, old mat from years ago when I tried before. I noticed right away that my hands and knees were extremely sensitive when pressed against the floor in fairly easy positions such as table or down dog. I thought the pain would subside, however, it worsened, just when I was really starting to get into practicing yoga. I noticed that people in my classes had thicker mats and cushioned pads for their hands and knees, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money being new to yoga. I found this set which was within my budget and ordered it. Again, I know nothing about yoga equipment, but the quality seems very good. I haven't tried it out in a class, however, I followed a yoga class on youtube from my home for about 1/2 hour. I'm pleased to say that the mat and pad provide very ample cushioning for my hands and knees. I went into a low cobra and did not experience any pain at all in my hands or knees. The blocks seem very sturdy, the equivalent to what they use in the classes that I attend. I did not use the strap or the towels yet, but they seem pretty well made. The towels feel like good quality microfiber towels. Overall, for the price, this is a great product for beginners. I don't know what experts use, but I'd definitely recommend this mat and accessories to anyone who's just getting into yoga, particularly individuals with knee or hand issues.

I am recently getting back into yoga to help with joint stability due to EDS. I decided to get myself a mat, and then saw this set and figured I’d get my partner a mat too so we could do it together. He loves the mat and said he could even sleep on it lol it has a good amount of grip, it’s easy to clean, and the accessories that come with it are of just as wonderful quality. The foam blocks have been wonderful for helping him learn certain poses he couldn’t do properly before, and they’re great for adding intensity for me. The knee pad is also a wonderful thing I probably wouldn’t have thought I really needed, but it made a world of a difference for me. I had a knee dislocate one time while doing yoga and have had to be extra careful not to apply too much pressure to my knees since then, but the knee pad gives enough extra cushioning that I can fully get into poses again!Overall, I definitely recommend this set. You won’t regret it, especially not for this amazing price!!

I love that the padding on the mats are not so thin that it causes my knees to hurt. The ribbed mat surface provides some resistance to slippage. It is easy to carry and looks nice and professional. I love all the other attachments and items - especially the towels.

Very comfortable mat and a great value. Includes all pieces as described. The knee mat wasn't necessary for my needs, but was perfect as a toy for my toddler to play with.

I have now had my GoYoga set for an entire year so I feel qualified to write a balanced review. As an immunocompromised person I was very limited with my options during lockdown and even after our building started opening our common areas in limited amounts (including our gym) as I could not risk exposure to COVID19. I looked for a fitness option I could partake in safely and comfortably at home. I purchased the GoYoga 7 piece set and have no regrets.Aside from being well made and sturdy, the set has multiple pieces that suit all of my home workout needs and will also be perfect when I return to the studio. Each piece is very comfortable and allows me to reach positions in my workout pain free and with ease. It’s easy to wipe down and in an entire year has not shown any wear or tear. I could not be happier with this purchase.I fully recommend the GoYoga set regardless of your exercise needs. Even if you need to just do basic stretching you will find the mat alone is of superior quality and worth the price of the entire set.

Item came well-packaged, bulky but light (it's mostly foam!)The main yoga mat is long but 2 cm thick instead of its advertised 2.54 cm (1 inch) thickness. The thickness is less than advertised but it will support you better since you're not trying to balance on what is essentially a soft mattress.For this price I might as well have gotten the 0.5 inch bundle instead (this one advertised 1 inch bundle), but they only had red if you cared about the colour (I purchased purple) and I missed the 30 day window for returns. Darn.Included is a super-long yoga mat that's 0.79 inch (2 cm) thick, a smaller yoga mat to kneel on that's 0.5 inch (1.27 cm) thick, a long microfibre towel (like a longer hand towel), a smaller microfibre towel (like a washcloth), and two foam yoga blocks.You could have purchased similar microfibre towels at the dollar store cleaning section, not necessarily as long as one of them however.Overall a nice matching set; overpriced but functional. Minus one star for the false advertising on the main yoga mat's thickness. Consider their half-inch yoga bundle if you dont' care about colour and are relatively short -- this one is longer but only 0.2 inches thicker. You can put together a yoga set yourself for a cheaper price if you don't need the foam blocks nor matching items.

Amazing the price was way to good to pass up on and what you get is incredible. The Yoga mat is so comfortable and everything is so sturdy. To be honest I didn’t think I would be using the towels but they are so soft that I will definitely be using them. Thank you s much for selling this at such a great cost. I really wasn’t expecting it to be as great as other yoga mats and products I had seen. But the whole set is incredible. I am just starting Yoga again and wanted to wait before buying an expensive set. Now I don’t have to as I have an amazing set to last forever!! Thank you.
