Galaxy who??? I bought this phone because of the price and convenience as I'm paralyzed and wasn't at the river able to go out to a mall. Wow am I glad I wasn't for this is a great phone!!! Twice the memory and functions your going to get with the latest Samsung, Camera functions are better than any phone of us era and be other than its new big brother the Moto Z with the mods but got going to dig pretty deep into your pocket to purchase that without a plan, My opinion your just buy very bright if you lock yourself into a plan with a provider when you can get straight talk for 45 bucks a month, I'll never understand why people do that maybe they think they're better than others and aren't buying generic but the jokes on them because I've paid the big bucks for Verizon and others and I'm telling you I've never been happier with this phone and straight talk as my provider and question the validity of any argument that anything is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to divorce AT&T for one of my phones and switch from iPhone to Android. I was having serious data connectivity problems (data actually works less than 20% of the time when needed and now it isn't working at all). I am not a huge data hog, I don't stream movies and when I stream music, it is via wi-fi. Still, my data connectivity has been stopped. I decided to call them - no luck getting through. Then I decided to go on a forum for straight talk wireless and this is a complete joke. The one thing you will see is a ton of people having the same problem and not getting resolution. They want to take the issue "offline" and anything you post needs to be moderated before it goes live (not much of a forum is it if they don't trust you??) I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone UNLESS maybe you were only making phone calls. Can I just say how horrible it is. No data for two days, no resolution. I'm going back to AT&T where I can talk to a real person ... better yet, I don't need a real person because their plans just work. Crazy! Update: 7/3 - made the seamless switch back to AT&T with my Nexus 4 off contract. Porting the number back to AT&T was not a big hassle. I could never in conscience recommend straight talk to anyone using data!

I cannot praise your company enough for the most satisfactory service I have ever received on any product I have ever purchased. There was a problem with an e-mail delivery that got lost and your company was right on top and immediately took care of my concern by re-sending the e-mail with the pin number necessary to use the card. Once activated, this product is a breeze to refill. I'm already a straight talk customer and adding a new line took less than two minutes online to enjoy full benefits of Straight Talk wireless. I love it because the card was delivered right to my mailbox, meaning I didn't have to travel 12 miles to Walmart.
