I don't know the nutritional value, however the comb is essentially wax which as far as I know has no nutritional value.

I tasted and felt 100% sugar, not honey, too bad ! why ?

Honey will become crystalized if its been in the cold. You then might want to place the jar uncovered in warm water or uncovered in the microwave for several seconds to dissolve the sugar crystals and use as normal.
