The media could not be loaded. This product isn’t fit for purpose, the installation guide is in broken English and is missing many parts required of the installation process. The table itself is of very poor quality and unfortunately the balls don’t fit down the pockets at one end as the runners guides which are manufactured into the table are in the incorrect place. The metal edging on the table have very sharp edges and the slot to collect your balls are not much bigger than the ball itself which proves very difficult in getting the balls out. Having spent a day assembling I am now having to also dismantle to return. AVOID

The table seems to be ok, or at least I hope it will be when we eventually get it fully assembled. I started out dealing with it, but had to call in a friend with a lot more experience to complete the job.It would be nice to be able to claim that it came with clear instructions, but they weren't particularly intelligible because the English translation was absolutely awful and included extremely cryptic phrases. Here is a classic example ..."Will woollen cloth (P13) cover on marble floor with a nail in the back nails as shown in FIGURE 5. Note: please apply the special glue evenly on the Dali SLATE first!In terms of problems with the product itself the slate was a little chipped on one edge. This may have occurred in shipping because the slate was put straight on top of a shipping pallet without any real protection around it.Despite having squared the table the slates still don't line up completely and there is a small ridge between a couple of the slates on one side that can be felt by the fingers when moving from one slate to another.The instructions refer to using glue to attach the felt, but no glue was supplied. The instructions also don't give any details on how to cut the felt after it is applied, or even if we are expected to do so. Vendor suggested we could staple instead of glue, but again no staples provided.There are numerous holes in the slate around the edges through which you are required to drill and then screw the slate to the table frame. Nothing is provided to fill those holes before applying the felt, but the holes will form a part of the playing area.I might feel differently when we manage to finally get to a working table, but I really wouldn't recommend this table for the vast majority of people looking for a complete package and something simple and easy to put together at home.Buyer beware!
