The shelf life on these kits is 18 months. The expiration date will depend on which lot you receive. Our current inventory expires Spring of 2022.

You will need to add whatever protein you want (I used chicken), vegetables, and rice on the side. Everything else you need is included. Lots of flavor. We were impressed with kits.
