UPDATE: Seller contacted me regarding issue. Upon submitting a photo of the original light string, was sent a new string. Though I had the same issue, this time I was able to wiggle the rope enough to light the entire string. Kudos to the seller!!The last two feet (out of the twenty-five total feet) away from the plug did not light up and I’m two months past the return window. 😡Tested them upon arrival, but did not completely unwind them. Purchased 3/5/22 for summer camping. Set up camp on 6/3/22 and, from the plug forward, only the first 23-feet would light. Really disappointed.

Not as advertised
The description of this item stated that after turning off (I have it on a timer) it would turn back on to the last motion it was on. NOT SO!! I used these for landscaping lighting and every evening I have to go outside and reprogram them to solid on. I am going to now have to go and remove them. Maybe use them for Christmas and then toss them.Save your money these for not perform as advertised. The only reason I gave them one star was there was no zero.

Quality Customer Service Support.
The lights stopped working less than a month after purchase, go another route if purchasing LED lights. very disappointing...I contacted customer service about my lights not functioning only 30 days after my purchase. They were very quick to respond to my issue and sent a replacement set the next day. I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 star due to their quality customer support.

Amazing Customer Service
We bought this for camping. The 2nd time we used it, there was a 3 foot section that didn’t light. I emailed the company and told them about the section that wasn’t lighting. They had me send a picture of the area that wasn’t working. They immediately sent out a replacement. Great customer service! And we love the lights!
