Why don’t you have black stars for danger.To move on I have to give it one instead of none that’s for packaging.Ordered “Super Jump” car starter two weeks ago.It arrived yesterday I know I had a charged battery from the day before so thought it should be tried because its tests the battery as well according to the instructions. Anyhow I connected up via my cigarette lighter socket and took power out of the car battery by putting the headlights on draining it a bit. Then tried to start the car no problem started ok.Turned off and sat there thinking how it was a handy bit of kit to have.Then I noticed the smell thought it was just because my car had been shut up for a while. Looked at the at the “Super Jump” on the passenger seat saw the smoke coming from it and grabbed it and threw it out of the car. It’s obviously a Chinese crap thing so I looked on line and found out that it would start your car once then be useless because the theory behind it doesn’t take into account the amp loading of various cars so it’s not a problem be thing fix’s all.It was only £10.99 but I will ask for a refund. In other words had I done my research correctly and checked first it would saved a catastrophe if I hadn’t been sat in the car. Apparently there have been cases of people starting the car and leaving it to warm it does you come back to a fire.Moral don’t trust cheap Chinese produced electronics.A refund wlll be required if you want it back for examination arrange a courier to call.I am in isolation hence I use Amazon for products I need this is the first one that has alarmed me!I received an email which had a a prepaid label for this item to be returned so it was on 25th June 2020.I have not received any notification of refund or anything else I just wanted it away from me!Have you details of this seller so I can contact them?
