Love the taste and that it is lower in sugar content. Much better price than at my local supermarket.

We love this peanut butter but can no longer find it in any markets near us. It tastes great, just as good as the "regular" Jif. But the best part - it's especially good for me as it not only has less sodium but also less sugar. That is critical for me as I have the double whammy of being a type 1 diabetic who also retains water with high sodium foods. Aside from the taste and healthy nature, the price was a good dollar (plus) cheaper than the market.Delivery was fast and expiration date is 2 years from now (although we will go through this pretty quickly). Thanks to Jif for still producing this, and to Amazon for making it easily available. Buy with confidence.

I never ate peanut butter until I went to college. At that time think we must have needed protein and scooped it out of gigantic vats in the dining hall. No one talked about salt or sugar then. Then the need to create a “more heart healthy” pattern of eating became important & many products introduced words like “organic, healthy, low in ...” what Jif did with this product was take out some of the salt and sugar. It was a simple idea. We’ve eaten it for years. Again a “pandemic product” that became hard to find, so on line ordering was helpful. Jif also has a “ healthy version” that either has more salt or sugar than this one but has a Brown label, guess that makes it look “healthier” but it doesn’t taste as good.

This is the tastiest, lower salt peanut butter I have found. With being on a low salt diet it meets my needs with only 65 mg of salt per tablespoon and is is still very flavorful with a creamy, consistent texture. My last order from Amazon was the ONLY place, locally or online, that I was able to find it for purchasing.

Simply Jiff is the next best thing to natural peanut butter with the advantage of not having to stir it up to mix the oil back in because natural peanut butter separates. It has less or no sugar and like I think the ads said, it tastes more like peanuts! As for uses, lately, I have been spreading Jiff on cellery and dipping apple slices in it and the newestt use is to put Simply Jiff in my morning breakfast shake of chocolate whey powder, fiber, stevia, spinach and ice and water with 2 tbsps. of my favorite peanut butter YUM!
