Schaeffler LuK 07-202, Clutch Kit, RepSet Rigid Flywheel, Compatible with Ford Mustang 05-10

I installed this clutch kit myself on my 2006 V6 Mustang over the course of 1 1/2 days while renting a 2 post lift at a local DIY Auto Garage. The clutch kit installation part was the easiest out of everything. With everything back together it drives better than when I bought the car.

I tried to do proper research to determine if this was a good deal from a reliable dealer. Apparently I was wrong! The clutch lining itself is VERY THIN! It will probably only last for a very short time and then we will be doing this again. The pressure plate, which of course, presses against the clutch lining should be nice and smooth. However, it was gouged with VERY sharp edges and had to be sanded down before we could install it. The slave cylinder boot was torn in MULTIPLE places!!!!! I didn't have time to send back to get replacement "new" parts and wouldn't trust trying even if I did. I will NEVER get anything from this company again! The only reason I gave a 1-star rating is because there is no negative number or zero!!!

Got my car running again. I really like the feel of this clutch. It is more firm and predictable with a smooth travel than the previous one. The shop I used to install it was amazed at the price. Their supplier wanted 3X as much for same part.

Super soft at first, I had to learn to drive again Lol, but 600 miles later I either got the hang of it, or it purged whatever air was making it so spongy/soft. It doesn't have a separate purge valve, but purges through usage I guess. I like it, great price, and superbly meets my needs as a daily commuter that needs to quickly accelerate on higway ramps.

The new clutch set came defective, the page itself says warranty up to 12 months. The issue is there is no contact information to reach the manufacturer. Customer service could not find any contact information. I need a part replaced but how can I? Bad decision when I purchased the clutch set.

Love everything about this clutch, but when sitting at idle and out of gear it rattles and chatters in a disturbing manner - almost as if it’s about to come apart. Not my first clutch job, and followed the instructions and common best practices to a T... but the result is disappointing. Never had this issue before, on any vehicle nor with any clutch kit. Very disappointed

La clutch est bcp plus molle que l'originale mais c'est normal. Sinon rien à redire. Elle n'est pas faite pareil mais fonctionne très bien. Vous devez changer les 4 morceaux comme un ensemble. Pas cher et fait très bien la job. Installer sur une mustang 2009 V6

Fit well. Everything in picture was included. Almost $250 cheaper than auto parts store in Alberta,Canada

Clutch installed and working rather well. Might have gotten air in my hydraulic line and still working that out.. Pump Pump Pump!.. Overall price best anywhere. My Mustang was built May 2007.

Parts arrived in good time. They came bundled and in a yellow box. It took a couple weeks to get my car into the garage and once they got the car on the hoist and removed the old clutch they found the new clutch slave to be defective. (see pic). The new slave in on the left in the pic obviously defective and the old slave is on the right. Unfortunately, the car was on the hoist and my mechanic had to complete the job so he had to order the slave seperately and that cost me an extra $300. I didn't open the box before I brought the car to my mechanic. I probably should have done this to ensure the parts were in good working order. Not really sure where to go from here but will send Amazon an email on what happened. Amazon provided me with a full refund. Thank you Amazon
