Wonderful purchase and product.
This review is only for the English muffin size (both the single and double) and omelet size (NOT THE ONE TO COOK EGGS IN SHELLS). Easy to microwave eggs and baloney cups. I even enjoyed putting thick slices of ham under the eggs. Sausage patties did not work well under the eggs use chopped sausage bits. Perfect to then add finished product to your sandwiches or English muffins. I used the two hole egg cooker with round dinner rolls and the microwaved my cooked frozen sausage patties separately. No non stick spray or oil needed. No mess in the microwave and no heating up your kitchen. Perfect for one person or reusing one after another for your family. Be careful of steam burns when you open it and don't forget to poke the eggs. One of my best purchases recently. Easy to make breakfast for one or two without pulling out my large cast iron pan.

DELICIOUS EGGS! I love this gadget!
This Microwave Egg Boiler is the coolest thing! I don't know how $14.65 could possibly buy more joy! It works perfectly! The eggs never taste like they were cooked in a microwave. They actually taste better than when I boil eggs in a large stock pot on the stove. Now I enjoy perfectly hard boiled eggs every day. The best part is the eggs are super easy to peel, and they taste so much better when eaten immediately. We used to boil a couple dozen eggs and eat them throughout the week. By day #2 they were already cold and rubbery. But this Microwave Egg Boiler makes cooking hard boiled eggs so fast and easy that I now cook them "to order" so to speak. When I want hard boiled eggs, they're done in 9 minutes, and I eat them immediately. All you have to do is, after removing the cooked eggs from the microwave, place them in a cold water bath for 30 seconds. Then they're ready to eat. They're still a little warm, but not hot by any means. And the egg is so tender, fresh, and delicious that way. The instructions do a great job of recommending cooking times based on your microwave's wattage, but you may want to tweak that a little. If the yolks are a little soft for your taste, add a minute to the cooking time. No big whoop. TIP: Use "medium" eggs. Don't use extra-large eggs. Think about it. This thing is designed to hard boil "typical" eggs. If you put extra-large eggs in there, it takes longer to cook the center, and by that time the outside is over-cooked. If you use medium eggs, the recommended cooking times (based on microwave wattage) will be much more reliable. Here's what I do... I put 4 medium eggs in the cooker, mic on high for 9 minutes, and when the timer goes off, I leave the microwave door closed for 2 minutes. This is the recommended "cooling down" time in the instructions so that you don't try to open the cooker when there is still too much steam inside. By keeping the door closed for 2 minutes, the eggs continue to cook a little more during the cool-down period. Think of it as putting them on "simmer." Then, after the 2 minutes, put the eggs right into a cold water bath for 30 seconds. So the total cooking time, for me, using a 1,000-watt microwave, is 11 minutes (9 minutes on high, plus 2 minute cool-down period). Perfect eggs! Every time! One more thing... If you take your Microwave Egg Cooker to work and use it in your break room, you will never have a shortage of conversation. EVERYBODY will want one, and they will have a thousand questions. When people see it, they're mesmerized by the clever design. I couldn't be happier with this thing.

Handy for making egg bites
Pretty solid egg bite pan! It’s super easy to use and makes perfect little egg bites in just a few minutes. The non-stick surface helps a lot, and cleanup is quick. My only complaint is that the eggs can sometimes cook unevenly if you don’t stir or rotate halfway through. Still, it’s a great alternative to buying egg bites at a coffee shop, and it saves a ton of time in the mornings. A handy kitchen tool!

Perfect egg cooker - just be sure to have a few other items on hand when cooking.
This is an excellent product for anyone who wants to add eggs to their diet. I was trying to add eggs in my diet by boiling them on a weekend, and then later eating them during the work week, however I would often overcook the boiled eggs, forget I had them on the stove, which of course is a dangerous fire hazard, or just not be in the mood to cook them. With this crafty invention, I can place up to four eggs in the container, and after approximately eight minutes, I can have boiled eggs that just need about five more minutes to cool, so they can be served. This option is so much easier to have boiled eggs than using the stove top method. If you decide to purchase this item, be sure to have an oven mitt for carrying the egg container from the microwave to the sink. Another reviewer commented the company should have designed this container, where the plastic would not be hot when touched, however for the price, I think that type of accommodation would make the egg boiler cost more, In the instructions, we are warned that egg boiler will be hot after microwaved, so we should have a spare oven mitt ready to carry it.Once carried, put the container under cold running water in the sink for about two to three minutes. You can then open the top, possibly even with your hands, however just use your feelings to know if it's too hot and know when not to touch it without proper insulation, like that oven mitt. Prior to putting the egg container in the sink, have a medium sized bowl, like a casserole dish, filled with water and ice cubes, placed next to it.From here, I use an ice cream scoop - yes that's right, I said an ice cream scoop - for scooping each warm egg, and then placing them in the cold, ice cubed water. The ice cream scoop is ingenious since it almost feels ideal to be an egg carrier by its design. It also makes the transplant from the egg cooker to the ice cubed water very easy and efficient.I can't give anyone the exact approximate times for warm eggs to cool in the ice cubed water, however I usually wait between five and ten minutes. So for potential buyers, you'll have to use your best judgement. I normally don't eat the eggs after cooking and cooling from that eight to ten minute preparation time, instead I store them in the refrigerator or pack them in a plastic bag for lunch. If I do eat them right away, these boiled eggs will feel as if they were cooked over the strenuous task of boiling them over the stove top! I can't really taste the difference. Thanks to the crafty inventors of this product!
