Ordered the softball mug with expedited shipping for my sister's senior softball game. Not only did it not arrive on time, it arrived as a baseball, and with a warning about how it's made with chemicals "known to cause cancer in California". Fortunately, my sister is pretty easy going and said it would still make a nice pen holder.
