Headset Adapter RJ9 Male to 3.5mm Female Headset Phone MIC Audio Splitter Adapter Cable 2 Pack

This didn't work for me. The main problem was that it would not fit into the base of my desk phone due to the large stiff strain relief moulding on the RJ9 connector. Normally these connectors have no separate strain relief and the cable can bend very close to the connector, and is typically fed through a wiggly channel in the base of the phone to provide the strain relief function. My phone (a very old BT Converse 300) has its headset socket rather close to the desk (and hidden under the removeable clip-on "foot") and there is insufficient space to accommodate the moulded strain relief on the plug. Slight update - I have now bought a slightly more modern BT Converse 2300 and this has the same problem - due to the strain relief on the adapter cable's RJ9 connector the phone does not sit flat on the desk.

Didn’t work, tried it on two different phones. But no luck. One of them was the BT Paragon.

Good value for money, especially as you get two in the pack. I have partial hearing loss so wanted to connect a headset to my home phone, but the headset I had was for a computer so had 35mm plugs on it. This adapter allowed me to connect it to my phone and it works fine, sound quality is excellent. Very pleased.

Bought this so I could use my PC headset with the Mitel phone at work. Works really easily, sound good, no problems.

Didn’t realise perhaps my own fault that it’s two separate connections. One for the mic and one for headphones. I had to buy another adapter for it to split my headphones.
