What size sockets can it hold?

It probably depends on the family of sockets such as 1/4" or 1/2" formats that you want to use. I've got the sequential set of 10mm to 18mm sockets in the 1/2" format fitted in my Tool Roll. I have to say that this tool roll is a really excellent piece of kit and I would certainly buy another if needed.

what size is it folded, and unfolded?

Unfolded length 65 cm by 36cm width. When rolled up and dependent upon contents width same but diameter was 12 cm when rolled tightly
