Listen it might taste good, it might taste bad. To be honest I havent even tried it yet. Saw it for 5 bucks at Big Lots and just bought it, even though it says "protein shake" saw that it only had 5 grams of protein per scoop. Then i got home and saw Maltodextrin listed as the first ingredient.http://www.getresponse.com/archive/17cheatfoods_rpt/6-ingredients-your-protein-shake-should-NEVER-contain-9854832.html -I knew maltodextrin as the foremost ingredient meant this product was mostly full of nothingness with a little of each of what it highlights to grab your attention, along with some other stuff your probably doesnt need. But didn't really realize it was so detrimental. Pretty much counterproductive. But hey, 5 bucks at big lots. To be honest I will probably just throw it away. Just thought I'd warn anyone who reads this before they waste their money for $25 or whatever on here.Go on bodybuilding.com or thatsupplementguy.com and get some ON (Optimum Nutrition) brand gold standard whey (fast digesting) or casein (slow digesting and will keep you further) protein if you want the good stuff. Tastes great - mix with Greek yogurt and spinach with ice = amazing. Helps make me feel full, I'm not hungry for hours. Love this!
