What's Not to Love About Laying on Gems
Mine came with NO DIRECTIONS, NONE. I still haven't really figured out exactly how to use it but, I LOVE IT ANYWAY. I have healthy issues (toxins). The first time I laid on it for a heavenly hour, I felt like CRAP the next few days (I think means it is working). After that I have go slower with my "times". I lay on it 10, 15 or 30 mins. Again, I am totally guessing on how to use it & the settings. I do think it's doing something great. It's very calming & so easy to store away.

Luxury item, not a healing tool.
I got this mat for half off while it was on sale. What a bargain. It’s very soothing to lay on, but I’ve not noticed any benefits other than being warm.
