Two of four rows of the red leds were not working. This item comes directly from China and I received an email from support quickly after I reported it on Amazon. They had me go to message on Facebook and we conversed in taking it apart to see if a transformer was out which would have been an easy repair since all of them have quick connects. Instead the two rows would go on and off as I opened and closed the shell. Must have been a pinched wire or something somewhere but it then started to work. I questioned how long it would last and they said they would ship out a new one which I did get and it worked fine. Can not ask for more than that. It was a pleasure to work with the two people I spoke with, I sent pictures and video with my phone over Facebook for the first time ever. I hope our negotiators and China's come to an agreement soon.I am using the product for red light therapy, even on my head for hair. It is really powerfully bright. The near infrared is invisible but the red led is so amazingly bright red. Time will tell if it works, otherwise I suppose I can grow plants if I can't grow hair. :^)

I got this for inflammatory pain in my tendons and ligaments in my hands, feet, ankles and knees. I have been treating the right side of my body to see how it does. Following the guidelines in "The Ultimate Guide to Red Light Therapy" by Ari Whitten, pain has gone down about 60% on the right side in the past two weeks. The unit puts out an AM radio interference when the visible red LEDs are on, louder when the NIR LEDs are off. It is strange to feel the light kind of pecking randomly on my hand. It comes with over the door hardware and a cord/pulley to raise & lower the unit. Very convenient to sit in a chair and bask in the light.Over all I'm pleased but I wish it came with a user's manual to give some therapy suggestions.Edit: The manual was under the packing material. I suggest placing it above the packing material. The manual nearly got tossed in the trash. When I cut up the box I found it.

This device supports use in a variety of configurations. When hung from a door, the cable allows for easy & reliable height adjustment. I also found it fairly easy to set up in a chair in order to get at specific areas of concern. I was having right hip pain and placed the device near my hip in a chair to maximize the dose of red light. After 10-15 minutes of exposure, the pain was noticeably less. It has fans that keep the operating temperature comfortable. It should provide years of service.

It did not affect my pain. Maybe if you used it for a long long time it may have helped. Also had to pay $100 to ship back to China.

I had broken two ribs plus hurt my shoulder and neck. Very painful. This machine helped relieve the pain tremendously.

This lamp was purchased primarily for skincare. It is a solid well-made lamp that we are hoping to use for years.We are very happy so far with this lamp.

I have the product for 2 days. Now I am excited to write the review while bathing in sgrow 300W red light therapy light. First the building quality is solid, it’s quite handy it comes with adjustable hanger. the light output power is also strong since I can feel the warmth on my skin. After the first day of use, I am noticeably sleeping better. Will keep using it.

I think it's dangerous...I returned it after a month!
