N Scale Building Kit - Downtown Hotel

I see many people complain about the assembly of these plastic models, clearly they have no idea of what is required when it was purchased. All models require some work and fitting of parts. Additional paint is optional but essential for a realistic look. It is part of the fun working the parts and building the finished product. It also demands that you develop the skills to make them. These skills are not included with the model and are developed over time and practice. Start small and work your way up. So much information is available on the internet to teach these skills and techniques for an impressive finished result. Take your time and enjoy the adventure. These skills will come in handy during a lifetime as they can be applied to real life projects... j

It's cute!

The quality is good and well detailed. All pieces fit perfectly. Easy to detail and paint. Only problem was the decal. Would not release from backing. Would like manufacturer to provide a new one.

Went together easily, looked good when painted.

This is a well detailed model, molded in four colors. The quality of the molds is excellent as is the design of the parts. It goes together well with only a few tweaks required. The directions are in English and the illustrations are well done. Perhaps best of all, the completed model looks as good as the picture provided. I would definitely purchase this brand again.

This is a good kit with a good design & nice detail. Lots of parts but worth the effort.

Decent enough old tool quality, except the rondel on the side of the building was a lot smaller than the hole. Other than that, I would give it a solid B. Not as good as Greenmax, Tomytec or Kato.
