A Good Product but No Instructions
The product is seemingly well made with quality materials. My only complaint is it comes without any instructions or tips or suggestions or "do this not that". They assume you know what to do with it, how tight it should be made around the neck, and how long to wear it each day. Obviously my chiropractor can instruct me, I just found it odd that there wasn't anything inside the box but the item in a pouch.

Life saving and pain reliever
Omg this thing is a life saver. I have pain from bulging disks in my neck that are pinching my nerve. The thing that help was traction at the physical therapist office. Today I woke up with excrusiating pain in my neck and arm, couldn't stand upright, or in any position but hunched over. I went to urgent care and they gave me a narcotic shot and a bunch of pain pills. Barely took the edge off the pain and then this showed up in the mail cause I ordered it a fee days ago and I put it on, pumped it and it has relieved then pressure off my nerve and helped with the pain. It's still there but manageable not dying pain like before. I love this thing!!!

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the blow up neck device and received a backpack strap device. Not happy
