I was hesitant to put in washing machine when it got soiled (my dog threw-up on carpet). I removed the “solids” from the vomit, washed carpet in washing machine, and then put in dryer until it was about half way dry.I let it air dry the rest of way. I must say——-the rug looked brand new, even after washing in machine.

This rug is great. Rubber backing helps it stay in place and it holds up well to machine washing. My dogs routinely "overshoot" their pee pad onto this rug. I have owned it for six months and washed it 1-2x a week in the washing machine. It is holding up extremely well.

I am still using this rug in my kitchen which I bought almost 2 years ago.It washes very well in the washing machine!! I hang to dry.

Yes, the measurements are right there in the description. Why didn't I get out the measuring tape? I have no idea. Hubris, I guess. I just trusted that I was already using a runner as a welcome mat for my french door entryway, so a replacement for the worn one would be about the same, give or take a few inches. And it's kinda true, but 2 feet is a wee shallow -- like, long-legged people just step right on over it and we're a family of five giants. Anyway, the rug is fine and really, the number of us who use a french door as an entryway is probably fractionally small, but if you are one AND you use runners as welcome mats AND your average household height is 6' 2", maybe consider a wider one.

Very nice until you get something on it. Not easy to clean because of the fabric type. But I will reorder because I like the length and the styles.

Really makes my kitchen shine

I have young kids who can be messy so I wanted something I could wash. This mat looks nice. When I tried to wipe something off with a damp cloth it didn’t come out so easily but it went through the washing machine well.

Nice color, using it in the laundry room. It does curl up easily, a little more traction with the tile floor would be great.

I'm very pleased with this rug. Looks exactly like the online picture. I am using it as a runner in my kitchen for when the family comes in from our outdoor hot tub. It is the perfect length and non-slip.My dog has already had an accident on this rug, so I had to wash it. It washed easily and looks good as new.I would purchase this rug again. It feels durable and looks very nice in my kitchen. Even right out of the box, both ends lay flat on the floor, no curled edges. It is low pile and very easy to vacuum and keep clean - and small enough that you can just shake it out outside, if that's your prerogative!
