The binder is fairly easy to use. It took a few goes to get the hang of it but, once familiar, it is straightforward. I find you have to limit more than recommended the number of sheets to punch or the holes get too near the edge and it can be fiddly getting the paper onto the comb but that is the nature of the task. I use the binder for binding orchestra parts and it is great for that as the music sits flat for the players. It seems sturdy and value for money. I’m pleased with the purchase.

I don't need to use a ring binder often, maybe three or four times a year, but when I do I need something that works and doesn't make me tear out what little hair is left to me. This machine from Fellowes does exactly that. After being fooled into paying for others that didn't live up to their promise finally this machine does.It holds the binders open far enough to make slipping on the punched sheets simple.The punch itself is accurate and works on 20+ paqes at a time, which means creating a 250 page MS simple and fast.It also feels robust. It's heavy, and solid, and looks as if it will still be working long after I'm gone.

I use this to bind a magazine I produce for writers. It's not only a joy to use but also to look at. The machine is not too heavy to lift, I can do it OK. Inside the lid is written the maximum number of sheets and weight that can be punched. The paper is inserted vertically. I listen to the sound and then pull the handle. I lay these punched pages to one side and place a binding comb behind the upright metal teeth and push it forward through the gaps. I admit I struggled with 6mm combs but now I've changed to 8mm I'm not having problems. And now we come to what for me is the wonderful thing about this office comb binder. There is a small lever on the left-hand side which not only opens the comb but allows adjustment. I hook the punched pages on the opened comb then punch more and add those until finished. Then I push back the binding lever to fully close the comb and remove my perfectly bound magazine. This is A4 size but there is a slide to change to A5. The waste tray is simply a slide out tray on the right only, which means there will be a little pile of cut-outs under the left-hand side.

Big steady beautiful product, arrived in two boxes. It s shiny white it is really pleasant to work on it. It is big and wide but the hight is not so bad so I can put it under my big table on the shelve. (W17'' X D17'' X H5.5''). Tried few times, did the job very good, no complains. I like the fact that there is a tray for the binding combs underneath it. It has the wholes to measure the right combs, it is very useful. So after you printed the papers you insert them in the right measurement hole to see which comb (in mm) to use. Sorry, I can not insert the photo to demonstrate it. I bought it for my small office. Happy with the purchase although it is a bit pricey.

Arrived well packaged and in correct box.The binder itself is white plastic with a black arm. It's smart enough for a home office.Operationally it's easy to use, holding the binding combs well. The arm is robust and easily punches circa 20 pages at a time with clean holes.I opted for this model due to needing it on a regularish basis and it's not let me down. Worth investing in if you need binding. Rapidly covers its cost when compared to even online printing and binding.

This has proven very effective so far. Punch capacity is low, you're not going to be punching acetate covers, heavy paper and card backing all in one. To be honest, even with just thin paper you're looking at about ten sheets max before punches get a little messy and ragged. Still though, this is a nice looking, compact and well built device which will serve most users well.

Excellent bit of kit, well made and a recognised brand. . Looked at cheaper options online first and was tempted as it is only for home use. However, after reading very mixed reviews of cheaper products, decided this was by far the best buy. I wanted it to be able to do the job, and it does. Now, when we buy a new product or service and there is no hard copy manual, we can print and bind out own! I recommend this product.
