This product is very useful in getting my sister glucose down to the level that it should be. The taste is very butter and strong but it is very effective.

Your health is important. This has all the good stuff and tastes ok. If something is good for you it’s not pleasant. Kind of like everyone needs to get a colonoscopy, again doable but not pleasant.

Very bitter. Didn't see any added benefits that would make the taste worth it as it's not an inexpensive item. It may work well for someone who can handle the tangy flavor. Some after taste. No stomach upset.

If you don't want to try and mix this concoction yourself, this is a perfect substitute. It is very potent. It was too much for me. I can only do half a shot a day
