Buy it. Use it. Love it. Get grossed out from what it reveals...
Showed every day. Wash my hair twice each time. Scrub with my fingers like a madman. Feel clean... Now, I saw an item like this that was silicone and I knew it would just flop around like all the other silicone stuff I buy for the shower, laundry, kitchen, etc. This one is different. It's a decently hard flexible plastic. The finger hole is also a must as you will drop any of the other designs out there. I hopped in the shower like normal, lathered up my hair and started with this. I got kind of rough with it as it actually felt pretty good, kind of like those metal head scratchers. After I ran it around a few times over a large portion of my head, I flipped it over to rinse it and almost freaked out. There were probably 40 or 50 little balls of what I can only assume was dirt on it. It was wild. I rinsed it off and continued. More dirt. Rinsed it, rinsed my head, lathered back up just to try this again. Nothing. All clean and my head actually felt "cooler". So I'm guessing that no matter how well you scrub your head with your fingers, it's worthless. Get this and it will do the job correctly and you'll be amazed. I'd actually love hearing about people that use it to see if they have the same situation I did. I swear I'm not dirty, but that was an eye opener to proper hygiene and tools you may need to achieve it.

The product I never knew I needed
So odds are like most of you reading this, I used my fingers and hand for massaging hair product into my hair. I was searching for a conditioner and this was in the line of products. After looking at it I decided to buy it and see if it did as described. I did not know that I needed this little hair folicle stimulator / product lathering device. I looked at other scalp massagers afterwards and they all look the same just about but this was way different looking and it has a nice aesthetic if you are looking for old timey brand logos. The product itself is simple and easy to use. Slip it on a finger and scrub your hair. It can be used as a brush as well if you want. It is a semi hard but flexible plastic that contours to the head and hand without being uncomfortable while using. It creates a great lather and cleans dead skin and products from your scalp while showering for better experience. Some say hair and scalp exfoliation can make thicker and a more full head of hair. Idk but the product is damn good and has made its way into my routine

Just right!
Finally found what I've been searching for. I was starting to feel like Goldie Locks. This is the third shampoo brush I've purchased and the others were just didn't fit my needs, they either were made with silicone which barely seemed to do anything or had thin plastic bristles which really do much of anything in my think medium length hair. The bristles on this Bossman brush are the perfect stiffness, they offer sufficient scalp massage and work well to lather my shampoo.

Good comb for exfoliating scalp
I think it works really well with cleaning and exfoliating the scalp however, the bristles are hard very pointy and sharp. It's a harder plastic. It believe it scrubs well. I have seborrheic dermatitis which causes a lot of dandruff. This helps eliminate the flakes and loosens it before I shower. This helps with the shampoo penetrating the scalp. After the massage, my head a little sore. Don't scrub hard, you scalp will for sure hurt due to the hard bristles. The costs could be less for this comb. It was on sale for $6.95. I would not spend almost $10. The price could be better for what it is. There are cheaper combs out there. I'm still pleased with the item. It does what it's supposed to do. The quality is good for my needs.

I really love this scrubber. I was looking for one that wasn't soft and had some stiffness to it. I appreciate that it can actually scratch, itch and exfoliate my face with the thick longer beard that I have. The silicone ones are great for just having a five o'clock shadow or a young man's Short beard but for a long full and thick man's beard you need the longer bristles that are hard and won't bend. This thing is exactly what I was looking for and works wonders!

What are you looking for?
This thing is really nice. I give my head a good scrubbing with this before washing my hair in the shower. It makes a difference in how the water and conditioner reaches my scalp. I have wavy/curly hair, and when I use this, I feel like I'm really cleansing properly. It's rigid plastic, so adjust your level of pressure accordingly to what you feel you can take. Been using it almost daily for about 6 months now. The Bossman logo washed off almost immediately, but that's not something I really care about. The ring portion fits on my fingers very well and does what I feel it's supposed to do. I bought it for $6.95. At that price and 6 months of use, it's well worth it, and I'd purchase again. I'll update this review if I ever find the need to repurchase it just to say how long it lasted.

NOT SOFT, ITS HARD/SHARP
I really like this, I think it works really well with cleaning and exfoliating the face and scalp however, the bristles on this thing is like a frozen cactus, very pointy and sharp HOWEVER, that does not mean I dislike it. I really to like it, it scrubs well, when using it in actual head hair, it lathers the shampoos and such very well, not so much for beard wash but it definitely stimulates both the face and scalp so definitely get this

This Thing Is Amazing for Itchy Scalps
This thing is absolutely perfect for people who have conditions that cause an itchy scalp. As others have noted in these reviews, the firmer, nylon bristles are just firm enough for a strong, satisfying rip-of-a-scrape, yet soft enough so as to not damage the skin in the process. The loop makes holding it and using it for several minutes at a time easy and ergonomic. 10 out of 10 out of 10, would recommend. JULY 27, 2025 EDIT: Still works great after 1 year of regular use. I purchased two initially, one for my home and one for my car. One had 2 bristles crack off, but otherwise no damage or significant wear.
