Incredible! The dosage with caffeine is not too high. The L cine helps it balance out and doesn't make me jittery. It truly does help me focus and stay alert during the day. There is no odor about it. And it's extremely effective, and it literally lasts me. All day, and when I want to go to bed at night, it doesn't keep me awake and it's absolutely amazing. Even though it seems like it's a little expensive. If you value being able to focus and have natural energy, this is something that you will want to buy.

This is always a great purchase. I don't feel any groggy or jittery side effects. The gel capsules don't leave a lingering after taste. I work a 12-hour night shift, and I am trying to avoid others sources of caffeine or chemicals to keep me awake and alert at night. I decided to give these a try because they have 200 mg of caffeine and L-Arginine. This tablet is a little bit large but is coated well and is easy to swallow. It also does keep you up all night. I have used it a few times and I prefer to take it before work, it does not give me jitters or the dump that straight caffeine gives you. You. However, I have noticed, according to my sleep score, that when I use this product I do not get enough REM sleep. Sleep. That is not a good thing, so I use it for the first day or so at work and then I don't use it for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, I find that when I do use this product I have a hard time going to sleep when I get home. I'm not sure that this is such a good idea for regular to use, but for us work shift where I did not get enough sleep. I will use this but not regularly anymore. As REM sleep is very important!

I'm thoroughly impressed. Def a sense of calmness and focus. I wasn't sure what to expect but it works well. My job doesn't allow me to take meds for ADHD... So I have been looking for something to take the edge off and clear the brain fog and just reel everything in. This isnt some miracle drug. I would recommend reading about caffeine with L-Theanine and try different combos . From what I read about you either want a 1:2 ratio or 1:1 of caffeine to L-Theanine. Anyways been using it for a week once daily and very happy. Takes like 30-60mins to get into your system. Hope this helps someone. I went with this brand cause I also use their vitamin d and the clean ingredients compared to others.

I work 10 hour shifts at a desk job from home. I have a hard time tolerating acidic foods and beverages such as coffee. I get up at around 6 AM and I take one of these with 16 ounces of water.
