Hi, The nematodes stay alive for up to 6 weeks, so we say to re-apply if needed every 6 weeks. The amount of applications will depend on the size of the infestation, so wait around 4-6 weeks from your last application to check. Kind regards, Lou

How long we can store this at room temperature?

Hi, Once you receive them, please keep them in the fridge otherwise they will not survive.

Ordered last Thursday and still waiting for delivery ! Today is Monday, would the nematodes die in transit with the mixed temperatures ?

No. Nematodes Direct know their business. You can even store them in the fridge when you get them

If I'm not in to accept delivery straight away will the product perish as it presumably wont arrive refrigerated?
