Increased absorbency with beer yeast extract! The brewer's yeast used in this product is made in the US. Unlike domestically produced brewer's yearst (the byproducts from beer manufacture), it is manufactured specifically for production purposes. A standard FDA item, it can be ingested safely from the standpoints of both sanitation and quality. This product uses dry brewer's yeast with good absorption as its main ingredient. It comes in tablet form, with brewer's yeast extract added (for which cell walls are crushed and nucleic acid, amino acids, minerals and other nutritional components removed from the cells). It is also a food with health (nutrient function) claims, with 20 tablets a day providing 1mg of vitamin B1. Moreover, its amino acid balance - a recent topic of note - is extremely good. This product is recommended for daily health support.

亜鉛補給用に購入しました。其のままで食べるとパウダー状ですので、メリケン粉を口に含んだ様な状態になります。コーヒー若しくは紅茶と一緒に口に含めば（私はミルクティーで食して居ります。）非常に食べやすい。紅茶に良く合いそうです。体力維持に重宝しております。味は癖がなくまろやかな味で御座います。（個人差はあると思いますが）

ファインのビール酵母は癖がなく食べやすいです。他のはビール臭くて食べれません。
