I was looking for a replacement and I wasn't sure this would work with my existing Watts RO. Glad that it is compatible. The pressure is identical to the old one, unlike most out there that takes forever to fill a glass of water.

This Watts premier air-gap faucet is a perfect replacement for our 35 year old reverse-osmosis (RO) sink faucet. We had the Watts RO system professionally installed in 1990. Over the years, we have increased the system's capacity. Eventually, the original faucet, also from Watts, just wore out. It didn't leak, but the handle wouldn't stay turned on in that position.This new watts premier air gap faucet is a surprisingly inexpensive exact replacement. It's half the price of many imported air gap faucets. Even better, it came with color-coded poly tubes already fitted. So they were a perfect fit to the RO system's existing connectors. Installation was a breeze. It fit perfectly into the pre-punched hole in the new stainless steel sink. It's clear that the faucet can also be used as a non-air gap faucet just by not using the red, black, and blue tubes that it comes with.Please ignore the slight and embarrassing line of stain on the top of the back splash. We replaced this RO faucet as a part of an ongoing kitchen remodel. This phase involved a new sink, main faucet and the RO faucet. Counter tops are the next phase!

would be 5 stars but no real instructions. I am a plumber. it took way to long to figure out how everything was assembled when comparing this replacement to my original whirlpool 3 hose faucet. really it was simple. however, i wasted time trying to figure out what they did differently when it comes to hose sizes. specifically the blue hose. mine was bigger than the one they provided. rather than use a connector to splice the line, i simply used my original hose and the pressure coupling fitting they did supply. had they put both size hoses (one you have to connect) it would have been very obvious how to install. or instructions that stated you may have to use your original hose... fittings are included to do so. well it would get 5 stars.i believe this is why its returned so often.solid product. 2 ways to hook up blue hose are provided.

Perfect replacement for original RO system

This faucet was bought from Premier Watts Amazon retail store for a customer of my construction business last year. In my line of work when a customer calls and says they need another faucet I have to send a technician to replace the faucet free of charge and I expect Watts company to honor their warranty for a valued customer and for maintaining the integrity of their brand name and my plumbing business. I expect a quick resolution in replacing the faucet for free when it's under warranty. Period.Just on a side note, the faucet that came with the original Watts 4 Stage RO system worked for 6 yrs. before it needed to be replaced and that is understandable, that is normal wear and tear. But the replacement faucet that I purchased through the Watts Amazon store failed within 8 months, and is covered under warranty. I called Watts customer service twice before I spoke to their retail rep ( Ivane) on 4/28/20, regarding their warranty and to request a return authorization. The rep by the name Ivane, wanted me to ship the faucet to them and after their tech department receives it, she said, they would have to check what is wrong with the faucet and either replace it, offer credit or do nothing if the tech department finds nothing wrong with the faucet! What? This process would take some weeks and when I asked what is the customer going to do meanwhile, she answered "buy another faucet, while this one is being returned and checked". I think this matter warrants to be turned over to the RippOffReport online, so no other customer or professional contractor has to deal with such insanity. Especially, now in the midst of Covid19, you'd expect a legitimate American company to be in sync with the current times and have as their priority the satisfaction of their customers. I have been in the construction business for over 3 decades and I never had to deal with such a small minded view of customer service. This faucet costs $27 and it is not worth to me or my customer to deal with a company that wants to nickle and dime over $27. I told the rep that if this is what they consider warranty, having to buy another faucet first, then I would buy a faucet from another company that treats their customers right. In my opinion if you need this faucet, look for another brand name company that honors their warranties. People that have city water depend on their RO systems for safe drinking water, especially if they have health issues or understand quality of drinking water. It is ridiculous to say the least to leave a customer without a faucet for weeks, while somewhere, someone is supposed to check the faucet to verify my return. My customer is valuable to me, so I'll buy another faucet from another source and never deal with Watts again.
